Overview:
· Pure pellet players with stocks look really ugly at the moment.
· Fundamentally there are few reasons to push forward biomass consumption if you have the option to wait.
Demand:
· Pockets here and there. Numbers don’t yet make sense to buy speculative cargoes.
· Anyone spoken to an Asian PKS distributor recently? Seems like Japan is taking a breather from the market.
Into ARA on the densified biomass deduct $1+- for every additional 1kt as there is a freight saving.
